MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the Texas/El Paso Restaurant Association to serve as the advocate in Texas/El Paso and indispensable resource for the hospitality and foodservice industry.
The El Paso Restaurant Industry brings a great diversity, initiative, and enterprising spirit to the El Paso economy. The Industry represents a significant segment of our City's economy; and, the El Paso Restaurant Industry is responsible for providing more than 20,000 jobs for the citizens of El Paso. The Industry contributes approximately $580 million in sales each year to the City's economy; and, the El Paso Restaurant Industry generates more than $11million in tax revenues for the City each year. Individuals in the Restaurant Industry in El Paso contribute large amounts of time, talent, energy, goods, and services to Charities, Civic organizations, Scholarship funds and Community projects. Their leadership benefits countless numbers of El Paso citizens; and the people of El Paso should be encouraged to recognize the great importance of the El Paso Restaurant Industry to our City's economy and to the quality of life in our Community.
